Heroglobin: Monster Hospital is an action RPG with real time combat.
History
Heroglobin: Monster Hospital was created by Aisosa Ugiagbe and Sophie Artemigi to combine their passion for action games, gripping narratives, and their love for the NHS. The game is largely inspired by Sophie’s experiences with hospitalisation. As a sufferer of Evan’s syndrome, she has already made two games from her hospital bed and thought she might as well profit from her extensive knowledge of the UK medical system. In order to bring this project to life, she teamed up with Aisosa. His ability to fuse manga art style with the sound of London grime music, and the feel of 90s action RPGs has allowed them to create this absurdist, action packed, uniquely British game. They hope Heroglobin’s release will allow them to continue to develop more games set in their stylised version of London.
